OACPA – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

This service is a mandatory process to verify your educational and professional qualifications for membership and professional classification with the Oman Association of Chartered Public Accountants (OACPA).

Visit the CleanSheet Group website at https://cleansheetgroup.com, click Start Verification, select OACPA, and choose Register Now. Fill out all required fields and verify your email address to activate your account.

Attach the following documents with your OACPA membership application:
1. Personal photo
2. Copy of national ID, residence permit, or passport
3. Academic certificate (Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
4. Verification report from CleanSheet Group (if your degree is from outside Oman)
5. Copy of academic transcript (optional)
6. Work experience certificates from graduation to present (include job descriptions)

You must verify your academic certificates (Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or equivalent) and professional or experience certificates obtained from outside Oman.
Note: If your degree is from Oman or already recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation (MOHERI), you may proceed directly to the professional classification stage.

After selecting your preferred service package, upload all required files in the designated fields on your CleanSheet Group portal.

The standard processing time is 21 working days or more, depending on the complexity of your case and the response time of the issuing authority.

You can apply for a professional classification certificate through the OACPA website by following these steps:
Go to Membership and Professional Classification > Associate Membership > Apply Now > Register as a new user.

The fee amount varies depending on the classification level.

After reviewing your order summary, click Place Order and proceed to the secure payment page. You can pay using a valid debit or credit card.

Yes. A payment confirmation will appear on-screen once payment is successful, and an official invoice will also be emailed to you automatically.

If your payment attempt is unsuccessful, log in to your account and try again or use a different payment method.
For assistance, please submit a ticket through the CleanSheet Group Support Center at https://support.cleansheetgroup.com.

Your application will be reviewed for completeness. Once verified, you will receive email updates on each progress stage until your verification is finalized.

Log in to your Clean Sheet Group account and view your dashboard. The current status of your  OACPA application will appear under your active applications.

Review the comments provided in your account, make the required updates, and resubmit your application to continue processing.

You will receive an email notification once the verification is complete. Your report will also be available for download from your account dashboard.

After submitting all required documents and completing payment, your file will be reviewed and forwarded to the committee for approval. This process typically takes around 14 working days.
